Wellness Policies

-Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

-A minimum of 2 hour notice is required for cancellations. No show fee’s may be charged for cancellations with less than 2 hours notice

-Please call the Centre if you cannot make your appointment. A NO SHOW fee of 50% of your appointment will be charged upon your next appointment.

-If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment time will be cut short and full price of the original treatment will be charged.

-Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash or extended past their valid date. Please read terms and conditions on vouchers.

-Gift vouchers for value amount cannot be used for discounted treatments or specials. Gift vouchers are void if you book an appointment and don’t turn up. Gift vouchers cannot be used on public holidays

-Please turn your mobile off or onto silent when you are in the Centre. We also ask that you don’t talk on the phone while at the Centre, as it can be disruptive to clients receiving treatments in adjacent rooms.

-Please inform your therapist of any illness, medications or medical concerns you are experiencing. Your therapist will not perform any treatment if you are sick or suffering a contagious disorder.

-We encourage parents to have children minded if they are coming in for an appointment, for the child’s safety. We have equipment in treatment rooms that can be dangerous for children. Any child at the Centre MUST be fully supervised. Out of respect for other clients, noise needs to be kept to a minimum. Therapists may cease treatment if there are any concerns with safety or disruptions.
